A Logistics Assistant is a key operational role that ensures the
smooth and efficient delivery of academic programs. This position involves coordinating
teaching schedules, managing class logistics, securing test materials, and
supporting events and communications. The ideal candidate will be
detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively to maintain high
standards of service and compliance.

Arrange termly
teaching schedules and classroom allocations

Plan
classes, consolidate teaching preferences and propose teacher headcount request

Monitor teacher
punctuality and ACE App logins

Arrange class covers,
make-up tests, and teacher timesheets
·
Supervise term-break
duties and verify teacher’s leave requests.

Manage and secure test
paper distribution and collection

Enforce Child
Protection policies

Print/Distribute
students’ certificates and test report forms

Update English Program
posters for public

Coordinate logistics
for promotional events (Graduation, Open Days, Orientation, Experience
Classes, etc)

Skills
of a Logistics Assistant:

avoiding clashes.

such as urgent classroom swaps, substitute teacher arrangements, and attendance
reporting.

ensure test papers are securely handled.

tools, Microsoft Office, and databases to log attendance, manage timesheets, or

interactions with Khmer and expatriate staff, adapting communication styles as
needed.

data (e.g. test papers, academic records, teacher tardiness reports)
responsibly.

priorities, such as urgent parent inquiries or sudden event logistics changes.
· . Customer Service: Respond to
student/parent requests (e.g., academic records) promptly and professionally.
· . Multitasking: Juggle termly planning
(e.g., enrolment schedules) with daily duties like room swaps or certificate
distribution.
· . Team Collaboration: Work with
the Client Service Department, Logistics Manager, Campus Manager, and teachers
to align schedules and resources.
· . Reporting Skills: Compile accurate verbal
and written reports on teacher punctuality, student attendance, and termly test
papers.

minor disputes (e.g., classroom allocation clashes) and escalate issues when
necessary.
