Entertain enquiries on services provided by the company such as on study abroad services and scholarships, studying English at ACE and registering or preparing for an IELTS test  

Provide counselling on study options and admission requirements for ACE programs  

Administer ACE placement tests and course enrolment  

Act as point of contact in providing solutions to students and customers  

Be part of a bigger team, organise promotional functions and exhibitions related to international study opportunities  

Play an active role in various CSR activities and initiatives  

University degree in a relevant field (preferred)  

Good command of English language proficiency (eg. an IELTS 6.0 overall band score or equivalent)  

Good understanding and commitment to providing good customer service and a positive experience  

An effective communicator and problem solver  

Strong commitment to professional and personal integrity and ethical conduct  

Ability to engage and work in a multicultural environment
