Roles and responsibilities
· - Overseeing,
announcing, interviewing, selection process, and onboarding activities
· - Recording employee’s
information in the database, and manage employee’s hanging folders
· - Maintaining employee
records
· - Attending monthly
meetings with Child Protection Risk Management
· - Assist with Child
Protection issues
· - Dealing with
grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
· - Assist staff events
· - Any other duties as directed
by the supervisor
Key Requirements
· - A university degree (preferably in HR/Business Administration)
· - Experience in a human
resources role (preferred)
· - High level of
creativity & innovation
· - High command of English
(both written and spoken)
· - Good administrative,
organisational and planning ability, with attention to details
· - Good interpersonal
skills
· - Good computer skills in Word and
Excel processing and database usage
· - Ability to work as
part of a team and independently
· - Strong commitment to
professional integrity and ethical conduct
· - Ability to work in a
multi-cultural environment
· - Proactive personality
