Roles and Responsibilities:

·        - Can work with multinational colleagues and clients

·        - Strong customer service skills

·        - Available to work part-time on Tuesdays, Thursdays or weekends

·        - Provide customer services to test takers on the test day

·        - Maintain high level of security with IELTS test materials throughout the test

·        - Deal with the required logistics of the test

Key Requirements:

·        - 18 or above

·        - Detailed-oriented & a good team player

·        - A good English communicator
