Roles
and Responsibilities:

Entertain enquiries on services provided by the company such as on study
abroad services and scholarships, studying English at ACE and registering or
preparing for an IELTS test
·
Provide counselling on study options and admission requirements for ACE
programs
·
Administer ACE placement tests and course enrolment
·
Act as point of contact in providing solutions to students and customers
·
Be part of a bigger team, organise promotional functions and exhibitions
related to international study opportunities
·
Play an active role in various CSR activities and initiatives
Key
Requirements:
·
University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
·
Good command of English language proficiency (eg. an IELTS 6.0 overall
band score or equivalent)
·
Good understanding and commitment to providing good customer service and
a positive experience
·
An effective communicator and problem solver
·
Strong commitment to professional and personal integrity and ethical
conduct
·
Ability to engage and work in a multicultural environment
