Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative
support to the IELTS and Examination Services Department
·
Assist with test supervision
(e.g. IELTS, University Distance Education Exams, relevant professional exams)
·
Maintain full test compliance by
ensuring strict adherence to the test integrity policy
·
Ensure that all clients are
professionally served, and a feedback system is effectively implemented
·
Participate in the development
and implementation of promotion campaigns
·
Produce reports and analyses on
the respective testing services of the department
·
Register test takers
·
Other duties assigned by
immediate supervisor
Key Requirements:
·
A university degree
·
Good command of English (IELTS 6.5
overall band score is preferred)
·
Good administrative,
organisational and planning ability, with attention to details
·
Ability to work as part of a team
and independently
·
Good computer skills in Word and Excel
processing and database usage
·
Good interpersonal and customer
service skills
·
Strong commitment to professional
integrity and ethical conduct
· Ability to work
in a multi-cultural environment
