Roles and responsibilities:
1. Property Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for tenants.
o Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing any concerns.
o Schedule and oversee maintenance requests.
o Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to lease agreements.
o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upkeep.
o Prepare and manage budgets related to property operations.
2. Administrative Duties:
o Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office events.
o Supervise over 150 administrative staff members and ensure smooth operation of office procedures.
o Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
o Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate communication.
o Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for employees and visitors.
o Implement security measures and emergency procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
o Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and space planning initiatives as needed.
o Other tasks are assigned by immediate supervisor.
